Be healthier

1) Eat healthier
Your body is built of the foods you eat. It is therefore obvious that you can make your body healthier by eating healthier.

Here is a brief summary of the best diets:

Eat fresh fruit every day.
Eat many vegetables. The main component of your diet should be vegetables, and eat a lot of them raw. Choose the best quality you can find — e.g. the most fresh or organic. Store and prepare vegetables, so they retain maximum nutrients (raw, steaming, stir fried or soup).
Eat mainly or exclusively vegetable foods. Plant foods are those that do not come from animals — so fruits, berries, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, edible seaweed plants, nuts, seeds, cereals, beans, peas and lentils.
Eat as few as possible food of animal origin (meat, poultry, eggs, fish and dairy products), or avoid them altogether. In particular, avoid red meat (the meat of four-legged animals like pig, beef and lamb) and all processed meats (bacon, sausages, meats etc.). Select animal foods so stick to small amounts of poultry, fish, seafood and lean dairy products. Choose low-fat and preferably organic poultry and meat. In many diseases, it may be necessary to completely exclude animal foods from the diet in order to achieve satisfactory results in the foreseeable future. In the vast majority of cases is a healthy vegan diet is best — so a diet completely free of animal foods.
Eat a variety of healthy foods — among other things, many different kinds of fruits, vegetables, cereals, nuts and legumes. Also like to put emphasis on eating many and a great variety of colorful plant foods. Many of the naturally-occurring dyes in food is beneficial for the body. You don't have to eat a great variety of vegetables and other healthy foods for each meal. Simple meals, consisting of a few different healthy foods, is perfectly acceptable and could even be an advantage.
Make sure that the food contains so little added fat and oil as possible. Get the essential fatty acids from vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts, seeds, olives and avocado — so from food — and not from the oils.
Avoid or intake only very few refined carbohydrates. It will say that you should avoid or limit foods such as sugar, cakes, candy, chocolate, white bread and the like. Eat instead whole unrefined foods carbohydrates, such as fruit, vegetables, wholemeal bread, porridge, beans, etc.
Use only a little salt in the food.
Eat only when you're hungry. Don't forget all the rules and advice on when to eat,  listen to your body's natural hunger and satiety signals. You should simply eat when you're hungry and stop when you've had enough. You must not eat until you lose the desire to eat, or stomach is filled right up. you eat when you're hungry. You've had enough, when you are no longer hungry. Skip one or more meals, if you are not hungry, or eat any just a little fruit, if that is what you want.
Eat a lot of raw foods. The foods that you can eat raw, most fruits, berries, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
If it is possible, and you select only among the healthy foods you should eat what you feel like, when you're hungry.
Chew your food thoroughly. It helps prevent overeating and ensure a good digestion.
Do you have too easily by eating too much, then start to eat healthier. Missing your body vitamins and other essential nutrients, increases the appetite or your cravings for certain foods in an attempt to get the missing nutrients. It is therefore possible that a lack of vitamins and minerals, or lack of some of the hundreds (perhaps thousands) of other beneficial substances in vegetables can disturb your appetite regulation, so you almost unconsciously starts to over eat.
If you eat healthy, there is less risk that you are missing vitamins and minerals. It is clear enough. But to be on the safe side, it is probably sensible to supplement a healthy diet with a versatile vitamin and mineral tablet that contains "it all".
Your health is affected greatly by the choices that you make regarding the food you eat, so consider how you can choose the foods and the preparation that benefit your health in the best possible way.

Few can implement very radical changes immediately. They need a little time to adjust the diet, get used to the food tastes different, etc. You can get a few tips on how to change habits here.

Although it is the diet, most people should change the most on, there are also other factors that play an important role in your ability to regain and maintain health.

Many have e.g. for habit to perk it up with food, coffee, chocolate, etc, when they are a little tired, but it's best to ... avoid stimulants.
